The customer service is top notch. They are do helpful as well as very friendly. I have had them order parts for me several times. The prices have been really reasonable and the parts come quickly. I highly recommend this business.

We recently purchased a new fridge and stove/range from Dell's. Overall the whole experience was great. The sales guy in the showroom was helpful, the prices were reasonable (especially the delivery charge, which included removal of old units), the delivery timeline was great, etc. I was especially impressed with the delivery guys. Most delivery guys I've dealt with left a lot to be desired... the two that came to our house were 5 minutes early, very polite and profession, did an effective job, and didn't break anything (what?!). We were very impressed. I'd highly recommend Dell's and would definitely use them again in the future.

I recommend Dells to EVERYONE! Lowes and Home Depot put us through the ringer last year and promised us appliances MONTHS down the road. We finally went to Dells from a recommendation, and not only did they help us find much better appliances for pretty much the same cost as it would have been at Lowes, they also got them to us within a week! They did all the research for me on the appliances and found us amazing products. Very professional, and they really care about their customers. So unlike the big corps out there. We won’t go anywhere else to buy appliances from now on!

We originally ordered a new oven from Lowes thinking that it would deliver in a few days but it was actually 1 month and a few days! We cancelled the order, called Dell's, and they delivered something similar within 3 days. For an extra fee they installed the correct cord and hauled off our broken oven.
